01 / What we design
Drip irrigation layout for oil palm blocks: submains and manifolds in PE and PVC, valves, and a label for each block giving its area, number of laterals, flow, pressure and irrigation shift.
Earlier projectPart of a drip design for oil palm, block by block: area, laterals, flow, pressure and the shift each block runs in. Open the full drawing
  • Drip irrigation

For row crops, orchards and plantations, with the water and the nutrients delivered at the roots.

  • Sprinklers and rain guns

For field crops and pasture, where the whole surface needs water.

  • Centre pivot

For large, regular fields, with sprinklers and a control panel matched to the crop.

  • Pumping

From a borehole, a river or a reservoir, sized to the water the source can give, solar where it suits.

  • Filtration and fertigation

Filters that protect the emitters, and dosing that feeds the crop through the water.

  • Valves and automation

Automatic valves and controllers, so each block gets its water at the right time.

02 / Who it is for
  • Farmers ready to scale up
  • Cooperatives
  • Commercial farms and agribusinesses
  • Government and institutions

We design the system, supply the equipment and install it, then start it up, check it and train the people who will run it. We recommend a full design for any farm from about 2 hectares.

Work our founder
has led.

Projects led by Paul Camille N’DRI before ASFA IRRIGATION NG was formed. They show the kind of work we design and deliver.

An engine-driven pump on a river causeway, its suction line running out to a red float, with the delivery pipe laid along the bank.
Earlier projectWater source: a river intake, the suction held clear of the bed by a float.
A trailer-mounted pump beside a rock-lined pool, drawing water through a suction pipe.
Earlier projectPumping from a protected pool at the water's edge.
A station on a concrete slab: orange steel mainline, blue control valves, disc filters and a dosing pump.
Earlier projectThe head of the system: filtration, control valves and fertigation on one slab.
A blue electric pump set with two pressure tanks and a disc filter on a concrete pad.
Earlier projectA pressure pump set with its tanks and filter.
Four green hydraulic valves on a grey PVC manifold standing over an open trench.
Earlier projectInstallation under way: a valve manifold before the trench is backfilled.
A PVC riser with five ball valves and an air valve, feeding drip laterals on freshly prepared red soil.
Earlier projectA submain riser feeding the drip laterals.
Rows of young plants on ridges, a drip line running beside each row.
Earlier projectThe system running: a drip line along every planted ridge.
Seedlings on a ridge of red soil with a black drip line along the row.
Earlier projectWater delivered at the root zone of each plant.
A wide field of young plants on drip irrigation in low evening light.
Earlier projectA newly planted field under drip.
