What we collect and why

The contact form and the quote request ask for your name and a way to reach you (phone, email or both), and for information about your site and project. We use it only to answer your request, prepare a proposal and follow up on it. Our basis is your consent, which you give when you send the form, and the steps you ask us to take before a contract.

Where it is kept

Requests are stored in the website’s private inbox, which only ASFA staff can open. Where email delivery is set up, a copy is sent to our company mailbox. Our website hosting and email providers process the data only to provide those services. We do not sell or share your details for marketing.

How long

We keep requests for as long as needed to answer them and to manage any project that follows, then delete them.

Cookies

This site does not give visitors cookies. The quote form keeps your unfinished answers in your own browser so they are not lost if the connection drops; they are removed when you send the form. The private editor sets one essential cookie when ASFA staff sign in. There are no advertising or analytics cookies.

The map on the About page is provided by Google Maps. When it loads, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, under Google’s privacy policy.

Visitor statistics

We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, a service of Cloudflare, which also hosts this website. It uses no cookies and does not identify or profile individual visitors. We see totals only: the pages viewed, the website you came from, your country, the type of device and browser, and how quickly pages loaded. Cloudflare handles this data under Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
